This is very interesting - but I'm often sceptical of many testing/identifying methods that indicate talent, and not that I think that identifying latent talent isn't good - it is. I guess I have the baggage of the 50s intelligence tests that persisted for decades and categorised wrongly so many talented children.

I agree with the observations that girls tend to hide their light, especially to be accepted as one of the crowd. They suffer from the effects of the presence of the tall poppy syndrome, which is partly the cause of it all in the first place.
